Assistant Minority Whip for Democratic Representatives in the 113th Congress. Congressman

- Wrote and passed Clean Energy Jobs Initiataive to make Nevada a leader in renewable energy.
- Authored legislation providing tax incentives to businesses that create higher
paying jobs in Nevada.
